John Kloos has over 25 years of executive management. His specialty is developing people, establishing vision, executing plans with operational expertise and taking innovative technologies and bringing them to market. For the past 30 years, John has taken several companies from small start-ups to successful concerns.

John Rivera has extensive background in financial services and banking. He was instrumental in the successful merger of Norwest and what we know today as Wells Fargo Bank. As VP, he led the re-engineering and best practice implementation across all sales and operations platforms.
